1Engine power PS (ISO hp) at maximum engine power speed (ECE-R120). John Deere standard RES10080, SAE J1995 standards.
7 Series tractors offer a set of Selec Selective Control Valves (SCVs) designed to improve performance and facilitate later maintenance. These valves allow users to fine-tune hydraulic flow rates and make customising an SCV package simpler and more affordable. Now you can change coupling sizes without having to replace the entire SCV section.

If your 7R tractor is the one to face all the challenges on the farm, then Reactive Steering is for you. Borrowed from the automotive industry, Reactive Steering provides a balanced, car-like feeling behind the wheel.
The load reactive steering valve utilises hydraulic signals from the left and right steering cylinders. When pressures build up on one side (for example, during a turn), the valve transmits feedback to the steering wheel to help turn the steering wheel towards the centre.
On a straight road, Reactive Steering reduces hand movements, helping the driver to maintain the centre line. In internal tests, hand movements were reduced by up to 44% while driving in a straight line.
If you're struggling with roundabouts, junctions or bumpy roads, Reactive Steering makes all the difference When turning, relax the steering wheel grip and watch the 7R tractor's steering wheel automatically return to the centre.
Reactive Steering reduces stress during transport work, such as towing tankers, trailers or tipper wagons over long periods. It gives a balanced, car-like feel so operators can work day after day with less fatigue.
Taking your 7R out in rough terrain? No problem. Reactive Steering works great in the field too. However, if you prefer to use traditional steering, a toggle button in the display allows you to switch to classic hydraulic mode for familiar control in the field. Operators always have the option to switch Reactive Steering on or off from the display.

AutoTrac™ integration
Reactive Steering is not available while AutoTrac is activated.
When the operator switches on AutoTrac, Reactive Steering is automatically deactivated. Once AutoTrac is deactivated, the steering mode returns to the previous state selected by the operator.
Reactive Steering is also deactivated when the tractor is put in reverse. Once the tractor returns forward, the steering mode returns to the previous state selected by the operator.

Visibility kit (without tinted rear-view)

Visibility kit (with smoked* rear window)
Visibility means more than just lighting. It's about mirrors placed exactly where you need them, sunshades for glaring late autumn and early spring sun, wipers to keep your windows clean and camera integration. 7 Series tractors let you choose the visibility package that best suits your needs, Select, Premium or Ultimate, with 360-degree LED illumination so you and your operators can work with confidence in all conditions.
Visibility kits | Select | Premium | Ultimate |

Joystick control

SCV control with levers
Tractors equipped with factory front hitch allow the choice of joystick control or SCV control with levers (paddle pot). Joystick control is not compatible with the sixth rear electrohydraulic valve due to the space required for the front hitch joystick on the CommandARM™.
