IPSO is part of the French Monnoyeur Group, a global player present in 23 countries, mostly in Europe.

Founded in 1906, Monnoyeur provides goods and services that help customers improve their performance. These cover a wide range of areas, from the mechanization of construction and handling processes to energy generation solutions, after-sales services, rentals, digitalization, and decarbonization.

With the expansion into the German market, IPSO becomes one of the largest John Deere dealers in Europe by completing the acquisition of REBO Landmaschinen GmbH and B+S Landtechnik GmbH.
