BAUER Linestar 9000 is a linear irrigation system designed for the efficient coverage of large rectangular plots. Unlike a pivot, the system moves linearly over the cultivated surface, ensuring uniform irrigation and efficient use of the land.
Automatic alignment control allows maintaining the direction of travel even on difficult terrain, and operation at low pressure contributes to efficient water distribution and reduced energy consumption.
A BAUER linear system is particularly suitable for long or rectangular plots of land, where the circular movement of a pivot could leave areas uncovered. The Linestar 9000 moves back and forth across the plot and can ensure the use of up to 100%% of the surface area, depending on the terrain configuration.
For farms with large and regular areas, this linear movement allows for the uniform distribution of water throughout the entire irrigated area and the system’s adaptation to the shape of the plot.
