IPSO marks 25 years by opening its 20th office in Tecuci
As we celebrate our 25th anniversary, we are continuing to expand our network of IPSO service centres by opening our 20th office in Tecuci. Situated between IPSO Brăila and IPSO Roman, its location has been strategically chosen to serve farmers in the area, who until now had no nearby point where they could purchase the spare parts so necessary for the efficient and parameterised operation of their agricultural machinery. This need is all the more important during the season, when the time needed to remedy any problems that may arise must be very short.
On the occasion of the opening of this new working point, we organised on 25 March an open-air meeting with 40 farmers from the area, taking all the necessary measures required by the pandemic for the safety of all those present. The farmers were also presented with news about the products and services commercialised by IPSO by IPSO specialists. For this meeting, a John Deere T660i combine with 625R heder, a John Deere 6175M tractor, a KUHN Maxima 3M 3M 6R GT950 seed drill and a John Deere M724 weed harrow were brought to the new premises' yard.
Participants were also able to enjoy a unique VR 360° film of the John Deere 8R tractor, the new model with interactive elements, which they could watch with the help of special glasses designed for such experiences.
Although in the current conditions, organising such an inauguration/meeting is a real challenge that not many market players dare to accept, we are glad to have made the effort, allocating the necessary resources and taking all the necessary precautions to meet farmers safely and to remain close to them and their needs.
