IPSO, a leading distributor of agricultural machinery and services with 30 years of partnership with John Deere and presence in Romania, Croatia and Turkey, announces the completion of the acquisition of REBO Landmaschinen GmbH and B+S Landtechnik, an established distributor operating in the northern and eastern regions of Germany. Both companies have decades of John Deere experience in 17 locations and are among the leading John Deere dealers in Germany.
With this landmark acquisition, IPSO continues on its path towards its vision of developing „tomorrow's agriculture” by providing integrated solutions to farmers, while elevating its position as one of the largest John Deere dealer organisations in Europe, with over 1,100 employees working in over 45 locations in 5 countries.
At the same time, IPSO has appointed Mr Dirk Hassel as Managing Director of its German operations. Dirk is recognised for his expertise in dealer network management, equipment sales and after-sales service, as well as his ability to navigate complex change processes such as post-merger integrations and organisational transformations. His strategic vision and hands-on approach are competences that fit perfectly with IPSO's culture and ambitions and will be crucial in strengthening IPSO as the backbone of our German operations.
