We, the people of IPSO, consider it very important to get involved in actions that can contribute to the wellbeing of those in the community. We are developing trusted partnerships with non-governmental organisations with whom we can take the good further and participate in support and development initiatives in areas such as education, health, agriculture and environment.
In line with IPSO's values, in order to support entrepreneurship and autonomy, courage and commitment to bring about change in society, conviviality and inclusiveness, respect and ethical behaviour, we take the initiative of social responsibility to our employees and encourage volunteering. Every IPSO employee can propose causes that we can support together.
Together with Narada, we focus on projects that have a concrete impact: improving learning conditions, modernising learning spaces and supporting schools in need of resources to prepare pupils for working life.
We started working with Autism Voice, supporting Social Skills Development Programme for children and young people with ASD.
IPSO is the main partner of the Agriprenor for the Future programme, an initiative developed by The Social Incubator Association, which aims to inspire and support students from technological and agricultural high schools to build a career in agriculture - including through entrepreneurial ideas with real applicability.
In partnership with Carpathian Association, de three years we run volunteer actions with our IPSO colleagues, dedicated to mountain trail maintenance and greening.
We engage directly in activities that have an immediate and visible impact: we're re-marking, we are withdrawing parts of the route and contribute to cleaning up mountain areas, so hiking is safer and nature is better protected.
