With over 25 years of experience in operational and aftersales management, Daniela has built a solid career within IPSO, coordinating teams and projects over time. Her expertise covers the areas of operations, logistics, stock management, service, spare parts, and support processes for sales and aftersales.

Within IPSO, Daniela is responsible for coordinating operational activities and managing support teams. Her primary role is to ensure the organisation runs efficiently and cohesively, in line with the strategic objectives of the company and the Monnoyeur Group.

Her vision is based on responsible leadership, collaboration, transparency and customer orientation. Daniela believes in developing people, building robust processes and using technology to optimise performance. Through her approach, Daniela, together with her team, contributes to IPSO's mission of providing clients with efficient, modern and reliable solutions, supporting the continuous transformation of Romanian agriculture.
