Cosmin Tudose

With over two decades of experience in financial management, Cosmin is one of the pillars of stability within the Monnoyeur group's Agricultural Division. Since 2020, in the role of CFO for the Agricultural Division, co-ordinates financial strategy, budget planning and economic governance of operations, ensuring responsible resource management and sustainable business growth.

His professional journey within IPSO began in 2014, when he took on the role of Finance Manager, during which he contributed to the standardisation of financial processes, the optimisation of internal workflows, and the increase of operational efficiency. The expertise gained in these roles follows a solid career in the field, in key financial management positions at Bergerat Monnoyeur Romania, Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies, UPC Romania and Aviva — experiences which have consolidated his skills in treasury, reporting, financial control and strategic management.

Cosmin is recognised for his analytical rigour, for the balanced way in which he combines financial discipline with a focus on development, and for his ability to support operational teams through relevant insights and pragmatic solutions.
