Andreea Georgescu

Andreea has over 25 years of experience in HR, progressing through roles from recruitment and employer branding to HR Business Partner and HR management positions. Her professional journey spans diverse industries such as NGOs, import & export, pharma, financial services, FMCG, consulting, and logistics.

Over the years, she has consolidated her expertise in key areas such as compensation and benefits, business transformation, HR process digitalisation, employee development, and organisational culture.

Within IPSO, Andreea coordinates the activities of the human resources team, which supports the company's strategic initiatives by continuously adapting talent acquisition and retention strategies. Through the directions she develops within the department, Andreea aims to strengthen IPSO's position as the employer of choice for candidates seeking organisations with real impact in the economic community, focused on technology and sustainable development.

Under her guidance, the HR department consistently invests in technology and innovation to provide colleagues with a relevant and valuable experience, both at work and, indirectly, in their personal lives.
