TVR 60 turbine
The heart of the Rainstar system is the TVR 60 turbine, a high-efficiency full-flow turbine with adjustable VARIO nozzles that optimise performance at different flow rates.
Bauer 4-speed gearbox
The 4-speed gearbox allows precise speed control and smooth pipe retraction. Shifting gears is simple and safe, and the transport brake protects the mechanism when travelling.
Combi Trolley
The trolley is adjustable in width and allows the pipe to be retracted symmetrically or asymmetrically. The high ground clearance design makes it ideal for tall crops.
Fine spray system (Water Boom)
As an option, the Rainstar system can be equipped with a watering boom for fine application of water over large areas. This provides even and gentle watering, minimising water loss through evaporation.
Intelligent electronic control
Bauer control units allow you to programme and monitor the irrigation process. The operator can set working times, pressure and duration and some versions offer remote monitoring via SMS or network connection.
