For farmers who want a customised machine that gives them even more comfort, Manitou has developed the MLT 737-130 PS+ Elite. This exclusive telescopic loader has a unique Volcano grey colour design symbolising performance and efficiency contrasted with red and black to highlight a special, “dynamic” design and to suggest the characteristic constant motion.
For the first time since its launch on the market, this series has a 3D NewAG signature logo on the door so that each user can enjoy a personalised welcome.
Your comfort
The MLT 737-130 PS+ Elite telehandler MLT 737-130 PS+ Elite is equipped with a low suspension leather seat that provides excellent comfort and significantly reduces vibration to protect the operator's back. The steering wheel and armrest are also upholstered in leather giving the cab interior a high quality appearance.
The two SafeView cameras, located on the right side and at the rear of the car, offer increased safety and convenience for the operator. Other features in the cabin include a radio with Bluetooth, USB, and a digital „Vision” screen for greater visibility of information displayed on the dashboard.
Performance
The model features an Active CRC suspension boom to limit shocks while travelling under load, while protecting the boom's structural components. The intelligent hydraulics, designed to increase productivity, provide combined and simultaneous boom movements for bucket shake and return to the loading position.
Profitability
Hydraulic attachment locking saves operator time. The regenerative hydraulic drive function allows the boom to lower due to gravity, which increases the speed of boom movements and reduces fuel consumption. It also reduces noise, especially that associated with the use of hydraulic mechanisms. LED work lights are installed on the cab, and the boom work lights and high beam headlights are also LED.
Representing between 15% and 30% of total operating time, the idling speed implies a cost to users of about €10 per hour. This estimate takes into account the three main components of the Total Cost of Operation, i.e. fuel consumption, machine depreciation/amortisation and maintenance. To minimise these costs, the loader is equipped with EcoStop. This automatically switches off the engine and the running time meter when the machine is idling, thus ensuring low fuel consumption.
